We provide companies with executive search services. We find great people for you. We work on a retained exclusivity contract. WHY? Because we will solve your search. Good, professional and fast.
After agreeing on the terms & conditions we will finalise the search profile by interviewing the relevant stakeholders within and/or outside the organisation. At the same time we will prepare/update our longlist in order to kick-off the search quickly.
When the client agreed to the drafted search profile we contact relevant candidates to gauge their interest. After the first interest we will quickly screen people for the most relevant criteria and conduct in-depth star-based interviews. During this process we of course keep the client updated weekly.

A general career counselling will usually take 4-6 conversations. The intake is for free! After the intake we mutually decide if we can work together. If needed we have access to a network of coaches that understand your profession.
